Pale Blue Dot Shirt

In September of 1977 Voyager 1 was launched into space. ~13 years later, on February 14th, 1990, right before it slipped passed our planetary solar system and beyond our reach, it turned around to take one last photo of earth. "A family portrait," as Carl Sagan called it. 

This is us. The small mote of light, suspended in a sunbeam. The design of this shirt is inspired by this important photograph. It is to remind us of our place in the universe, our true size, and of the immutable bond we share with all life on this planet.
